Nyeleti a little piece of paradises
Coming around the corner and seeing Nyeleti was like seeing a mirage, an oasis which seemed a little unreal! I was there for 3 nights with my partner, just the two of us in our own secluded piece of paradise surrounded by animals in their natural habitat: A breeding herd of elephants in the riverbed about 100m away, a rhino joining us for breakfast albeit the right side of the discreet fencing and the cheeky family of wart hogs who munch the grass and drink from the pool when they think you're not looking. And of course, we had our own walking Wikipaedia guide, Shaun, owner of Moriti Safaris, who knew everything and shared his knowledge with enthusiasm, humour and generosity. Frankly, he was awesome and with his expertise made sure we experienced the bush and its residents in the best way possible. Our thanks to Shaun, Vusi, Lee-Anne, Don and their amazing team for their hospitality and making us feel very very special indeed, from the flowers in the bathroom to the candlelit dinner they thoughtfully arranged for us. It was perfect in every way as was everything about Nyeleti, its an incredible place I shall never forget. Thank you all.

Incredible Experience at Nyeleti
We were a group of 8 that stayed at Nyeleti for five days. It was the most unforgettable experience I've ever had. The location is unbelievable and the staff so friendly and warm that they simply make your stay incredible and one that will stay with you forever. Stefan (Ranger) and Vusi (Tracker) were absolutely awesome on our drives going above and beyond to ensure we saw the Big 5, wild dogs and everything inbetween. It's an absolute slice of paradise and already planning the next trip back.

Under the stewardship of Moriti Safaris, we, a group of 6 friends from Australia, stayed for 5 nights within the Klaserie Private Reserve during September 2018. Our expectations were surpassed on every aspect. Our hosts Lee-Anne and Don went the extra mile every day. We appreciated the attention to detail, extraordinary service and genuine care that we received. Sightings were phenomenal...with nature's environment unaffected by wisely-managed minimal human interaction. We'll be back..., thank you one and all.

I stayed at Nzumba for 3 nights. Werner, Rika, Andries, Katy and the rest of the staff were wonderful. I was constantly amazed at the breadth of Werner's knowledge of the reserve and its denizens. Katy's cooking is absolutely fantastic.
The compound feels utterly remote (until you go to check email and find that the wi-fi works great!), located right next to a much visited watering hole. The cabins are really comfortable and roomy, and the common areas are terrific.

Wonderful time at Nzumba 6/9-10
The food at Nzumba outshone our other lodges. Werner knows so much about wildlife, plantlife, the stars, etc. Most thrilling part of our experience was seeing a herd of at least 100 elephants of all ages gathered at the water's edge. It looked like one of the cows had 2 tiny calves that might even have been twins (or not). Lovely!

Amazing stay at Nyeleti
We spent part of our honeymoon at Nyeleti on safari with Shaun from Moriti Private Safaris. To say we enjoyed our time as Lee and Don's guests would be a radical understatement. Every aspect of our stay at Nyeleti was sublime, and we were so sad when it finally came time to say goodbye. The hospitality, accommodations, food, and company of everyone at Nyeleti were all among the best we've ever experienced in our travels. We can't wait to stay at Nyeleti on our next safari adventure (which can't come soon enough!) :)
Thank you for everything, and see you soon!

Amazing honeymoon at Nyeleti
We did a private 9 day safari with Moriti Safaris, and are so pleased that our guide took us to Nyeleti, it was by far the best place that we stayed on our whole honeymoon.
The camp is absolutely stunning, so beautiful and relaxing and the accommodation was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and the service was amazing.
Lee-Anne was incredibly helpful with advice on where to go in Johannesburg after our stay at Klaserie, and we really enjoyed the little touches like Lee-Anne and Don welcoming us back from each game drive. We were surprised on our last night by a beautiful candlelit dinner underneath the stars, which was the perfect ending to our stay, albeit not a welcome one as we didn't want to leave!

Our family spent five days at Nzumba earlier this month. We had a fantastic time and this is an experience that we will remember forever.
The camp is gorgeous, the chalets are beautifully decorated and offer more comfort than we could ever have imagined was possible in such a remote place. The food was spectacular and the entire staff, guided by Rika, did a wonderful job to make our stay memorable.
We would also like to address a very special thank you to our guide, Werner, and to our tracker, Andries, who went out of their way to make sure that we would get the most out of every single ride. When my wife first told me that she had booked a 5-day safari I was a little concerned that we might get a bit bored after a couple of days. Well, I could not have been more wrong and by the time we left, the four of us wished we could have stayed three more weeks at Nzumba. Every ride with Werner felt literally like setting out for a new adventure. We spent nearly 8 hours together every day on the rides only, and we just could not get enough. He is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to the bush and I cannot thank him enough for taking every opportunity to share his knowledge with us. We cannot remember it all but one thing we will not forget is his passion, and his love for the bush which quickly became contagious. We have so many wonderful memories, including some of a few very special moments: going off track in the middle of the bush to spot a herd of buffalos, chase a leopard, or stepping off the Defender to get a close-up of a rhino… Credit to Andries for his exceptional tracking and spotting skills: getting a sighting of a chameleon, at night, 50 meters away from our car with just a floodlight completely cracked me up!
When we got back home, our daughters got us a glass jar which they decided to use to start saving so we may return to Nzumba on another vacation, and we are very seriously thinking about it.
Thanks again for an exceptional experience!
