The private nature of this remote wilderness sanctuary enables our valued guests to embrace, in their own time, the sounds, sights and smells of this authentic African bushveld experience. Devoid of other vehicle activity, you will be able to enjoy exclusive sightings, therefore offering great photo and video opportunities. A home-away-from-home feeling envelopes you as our passionate team indulges you and our inspired chefs take you on a culinary journey.
HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Chalets
Chalets with private verandas are luxurious, fitted with airconditioning, private minibars and coffee stations and flank both sides of the main Lodge. Each chalet overlooks the pool and flowing lawns that border onto the bushveld and a close-by waterhole that is often frequented by a variety of game, making this a true Kruger luxury safari.
ROMANTIC AND COZY
The Heart Of Nzumba
The heart of Nzumba is the main area which entices guests to its various lounges to relax and lie back in the comfortable leather chairs surrounded by memorabilia evocative of the romantic classic era. The upstairs bar & library lounges lead out onto verandahs which provide a perfect viewpoint onto the waterhole.

At KPNR we are deeply involved in the full spectrum of nature conservation and it is our philosophy to keep the Reserve as near a pristine environment as possible by centering our efforts on minimising the human footprint. Home to over 60,000 hectares of wilderness we are not only committed to preserving the reserve but also to a number of wildlife initiates, these include the Ground Hornbill Project, Rhino Protection and The Elephant Project.
